Vision
A tidal wave of God's spirit is due-the expectation of God doing something unprecedented in the areas of the lower and upper Ninth Ward of New Orleans is imminent.  The release of God's spirit in this area will begin through a heavy dose of prayer, intercession, and revolutionary praise and worship.  This is something that God wishes to do in this Gulf region.  The vision of the Lord is to rebuild the broken down walls and to break the cycle of depression, abuse, and murder that is a staple of the history of this entire area.
